Scienta Omicron is a new company formed by the merger of Omicron Nanotechnology and VG Scienta. Having worked closely with Omicron since 1992 this is not a major change for Portsdown but the addition of the Scienta products from Sweden adds to the capabilities in the area of electron spectorscopy.
